Nikki D’Arcy, PhD
Director of Operations
As a qualified and highly skilled Operations Director and Project Manager, Nikki’s proactive approach has resulted in the successful start-up of laboratory sites and implementation of governance and diligence structures within the biotech industry.
Nikki has 17 years of infectious disease research experience in academia and industry including roles at Auspherix and Procarta Biosystems. She has been involved actively in drug discovery of novel antibiotics, development of novel diagnostics for vCJD and tuberculosis, HIV vaccine development and malaria molecular pathway research. Nikki also has excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal as well as establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Nikki obtained a BSc from the University of Plymouth, UK and a PhD from University College London, UK. She holds a PRINCE2 practitioner qualification
